ZS27430305299 was delivered in Western Australia 6430 zipcode area on Oct 23.

If you didn't get the parcel, you must be a victim of a complicated shopping scam. The cheater shipped some cheap junk to another address in your area because he/she needs a "Delivered" tracking result in order to get payment from online payment authority(paypal, shopify etc). ShipPackages
