This is the second shipment of goods I ordered. The first one apparently got lost and seller wouldn't refund. No tracking for the last 6 days, parcel went backwards & forwards to customs. How can I get an update?

LZ441960391CN was just sent to airline on Aug 22. Please wait a couple days to get new update.

be patient. The waiting time can take 1 to 2 weeks. you will see update after the parcel gets airline space.

Once again, the parcel has been returned to China after going backwards and forwards and not getting to Australia!!!

Australia Post website (https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/details/LZ441960391CN) shows the item just arrived in BRISBANE QLD. It will be delivered soon.
