Where is my parcel? I ordered 12/11 and there has been no update since 27/11. It has been 2 months. When will it be arriving?

Hi I have contacted Australia Post, they said the parcel has not been scanned by them yet but they can see that the parcel has arrived in Australia 03/12. They recommended I contact the overseas postal service that sent the package, so that would be China Post. Can you please investigate what has happened to my parcel and give me and update ASAP ?

The parcel is already in Australia—the Australia Post tracking site proves it. Under Universal Postal Union rules, the destination country's postal service is in charge of tracking and delivery once it arrives. China Post's only option is to ask Australia Post for an update. Australia Post's reply sounds very odd; it seems like they're either passing the buck or don't know how the system works. Since they aren't helping, you’ll just have to wait and see as their website shows the parcel is coming today.
