Hi

I have a parcel that i have sent back to China and is sitting in customs awaiting clearance or custom fees to be paid.

Can you please assist in how i can either pay what is owed or get the parcel returned to me.

LH430279899AU arrived in Ningbo on Aug 13 but the recipient has not made customs clearance. Two reasons might cause the customs clearance incomplete:
1)The recipient refuse to make customs clearance and accept the order
or
2) The shipper did not printed the recipient's mobile phone number in the parcel. China post needs mobile phone number to send customs clearance passcode to recipient. Also mobile phone number is critical to make delivery in China.
