Post Help Cant track my package

Help I cant track my package that was sent on the 13 dec 2018 still nothing showing up on china post tracking or nzpost tracking. My tracking number is LM392372542CN
Any info would be greatly appreciated

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LM392372542CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
