It appears that two delivery attempts have been made. This parcel contains Xmas presents from myself and my family for my daughter.
I have three questions:
a. Can this parcel be held?
b. What is the contact number to ring to locate it, and arrange delivery?
c. Do you have the details of the delivery agent, or person, if so would you be able to pass them onto me?
