I have placed an order online and it was delivered through EMS ePacket. I have received a package but it was not what I have ordered! It is a package from different seller meant for someone else.

Tracking no. - LX318113880CN

How can I check with China Post on this issue? Please advise my next course of action.

Is the address on the parcel is your address? If yes, it means your seller shipped wrong item to you because the address is written by your seller and the item is packed into the parcel by your seller.

Yes, my address is correct. My seller is from Spain but the seller's address on the package is from Guangdong, China.

Your seller has some partner in China. His partner made mistake and send you wrong item. You should contact seller for refund.
