Hello,
I ordered the shipment on Sep 16, 2018 but still my shipment not reached to me, no response from tntonlife.com. My tracking number is LM233280825CN. Plz help me where is the parcel.

Japan Post website shows the parcel was Returned to Sender from TOKYO, TOSHIMA, 170-8799 in Dec 2018 , Return reason is Incomplete Address.
