Hi. Tracking shows my parcel has reached Beijing airport on 24/8/2020 but there has been no more updates since then. Please assist to check. The tracking number is LA993775796CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LA993775796CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Aug 24. Normally it will stay in Beijing waiting flight to Singapore for 2 to 4 weeks without status update, this is quite normal, no need worry. Once parcel arrives Singapore, Singpost website will show arrival info.

Hi. Tracking shows that my parcel has been delivered but I have yet to receive it. Is it because the item is handled to the local delivery company and the company hasn’t delivered to me yet? My tracking number is LA993775796CN. Thank you.

LA993775796CN was delivered by SingPost on Sep 15. You need call Singapore Post for delivery detail.
