My order transit from Guangzhou and no update status after twice at Beijing airport.

According to the tracking status, my package has left Beijing Airport since Nov19 2016 but it doesn't arrive at the destination airport in Cambodia yet. And I cannot track it since. I tried to call Cambodia post office but they said they have no record of this package arriving. Can anybody help me. thank you so much.

1. No idea because we don't have a flight number. The mail bag with your parcel might have done this:
Multi-hop routing:
Routing is a whole separate matter, but suffice it to say that “lowest cost” tends to win out over “fastest speed”. Mail shipments may transit many countries enroute to their destination.

2. Also your parcel might be in your country but the Cambodia Post did not have time yet to scan your parcel.

3. It's the holiday season so mail everywhere is in slow motion. If you don't receive your parcel in the next 2 weeks just open a dispute.
