Post Help my package stuck!!! Vietnam

My package was handed over to China Post on March 17th. On March 25th, the tracking status was "Arrival at inward office of exchange". Today is May 11th (47 days later), and the package status hasn't changed.

Please help me!

https://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG030072624CN shows the parcel arrived Vietnam on Mar 25. It is still in Vietnam Post system. you can contact Vietnam post for more detail. China Post does not control this item any more.

My parcel has been held at customs in Vietnam for more than two months and has not been cleared for delivery.

I have already contacted both Vietnam Post and Vietnam Customs. I also provided several documents and declarations as requested by the customs authority. However, the process is becoming increasingly complicated, and I am unable to meet all the requirements they are asking for.

Therefore, I would like to ask:

In this situation, who is responsible for declaring the necessary information to Vietnam Customs – China Post or Vietnam Post?

Is there anything China Post can do to support me in resolving this issue?

I am very concerned that, without support, the parcel may never be successfully delivered to me.

I sincerely hope you can help me clarify this matter and assist in moving the parcel forward. Thank you very much for your attention and support.

China Post local delivery agent is Vietnam Post. You need to contact Vietnam Post to make customs clearance. China Post can't do anything in Vietnam, Vietnam law does not allow China post to operate in Vietnam either.
