I have ordered one item through ebay.com and the seller shipped through flyt express. AWB # 71538702789. The details are as under:

AWB # 715388702789

2016-11-12 04:19,Shipped, Guangzhou
2016-11-08 04:06,Exchanged;, Guangzhou
2016-11-06 06:50,Mutual development, Guangzhou Intl Post Centre,Guangzhou
2016-11-04 18:44,Arrived, Guangzhou Intl Post Centre,Guangzhou
2016-11-04 06:26,Received, Guangzhou Intl Post Centre,Guangzhou
2016-11-04 01:19,Item dispatched., Flyt Express's sorting centre, Guangzhou
2016-11-01 09:40,Item in transit, Flyt Express's sorting centre, Guangzhou
2016-11-01 08:40,Item received, Flyt Express's sorting centre, Guangzhou
2016-11-01 04:18,Customer's order information generated, Customer

This item still not yet delivered. When I contacted Indian Post for necessary help they informed that this AWB # is not pertaining to China Post. However, this is routed Guangzhou Intl Post Center, Guangzhou, China.
I request forum members to help in this matter.

you should open dispute to ebay for lost parcel compensation.

Thank you for your reply. However it is routed through China Post. Then what is the responsibility of China Post.

Opening an dispute with ebay is not a problem. What is the responsibility of China Post. China Post tracking not showing any thing.

your seller can claim compensation from china post, and you can claim compensation from seller.
