I have been waiting for this delievery for more than a month? The tracking number does not come up with any details.

Have I been scammed?

LA531673632CN now is on the way to Malaysia, normally such ePacket parcel will travel 10 to 20 days to reach Malaysia. You can track local location in Malaysia Post website after parcel passes Malaysia customs.
