The tracking system of the parcel LO574774134CN shows "On route", without any update since Dec, 7th and I do not find any additional information in the system of the destination country (Mexico). Is there any way in obtain an updated status and expected arrival time?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO574774134CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Mexico on Dec 10. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Mexico Post system. Possible location is in Shenzhen airport or Mexico customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Mexico customs.

such ePacket parcel shipping time to Mexico normally take 2 to 4 weeks. Your parcel is seriously delayed.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
