http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UJ626312599CN shows the parcel arrived Bogota on Oct 1st. Normally it should be delivered in 2 weeks after parcel arrives Colombia. If you haven't got this item in Colombia, you need open dispute to seller for lost refund.
