Hola, hice mi pedido el dia 27 de mayo y ya no aparece en el rastreo de chinapost, el numero de guia es RV928000739CN

Correos Mexico website shows RV928000739CN arrived Administración Postal Country Ciudad Guadalupe, NL. on Jul 11, Con mensajero para entrega.

Normally this means your parcel will be delivered very soon. you need contact Correos Mexico for delivery detail.

Hola, hice una consulta a la oficina de correos y la información fue que el pedido se había entregado a otra dirección, de hecho, una dirección muy diferente a la mía. Fue entregado en otro estado.
¿Qué hará ahora, ya que la información es que el pedido se devolverá al remitente?

Correios Brasil website shows LL170372253CN arrived Uiramuta / RR on Jul 11. Destinatário não retirou objeto na Unidade dos Correios.

Now the parcel is in Correios Brasil system. You can contact Correios Brasil for delivery schedule.

La orden fue enviada a la dirección incorrecta y ahora soy yo quien tiene que resolver el problema?
Creo que deberías hacer algo para arreglar tu error.

Brasil Post(Correios Brasil) only deliver goods as per the shipping label in the parcel. They will not deliver the parcel to other place. Your seller should have printed wrong address. You need open dispute to seller for refund.
