My tracking number EA290416185CN now shows tracking number expired. This package hasn't left the origin country yet. Been waiting since July 15th. What does expired mean in this case?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EA290416185CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Jul 15. Normally such EMS parcel will arrive USA in 2 weeks after sent to airline. Your parcel has more than 80% chance to be lost.

If I were you, I will open dispute to seller for refund.
