My package that I sent to the States on December 5th has not yet arrived to its destination. It keeps going everywhere around the country except to where its supposed go. The tracking number is CP316295592CN. Can someone please help!!! My relatives in the States have been going into the local post office for over 6 times now trying to figure it out.

Yes, that's what it says....but in reality, my relatives went to the post office. They were told that there is no delivery address written in their computer data. The sender is in the computer, but it has gone from the west coast, east coast, and now somewhere in Indy... but it's not there, only the data which is not real.

Thanks for the advice. Yes, we tried that. Apparently, that's what they did in the States, so the status reports "Redelivery Scheduled" but even after they tried going to the Post Office today, the package doesn't exist. Any way to tell the China Post here to check their computer? They don't seem to understand and keep saying that since it's not in China, they cannot do anything about it....
