1. Then I will tell you the story about your parcel.

2. You must know that their is no electronic devise attach to your parcel so we can not follow it through like maybe a GPS system. So all the tracking is either done manually or by machine scanning the parcel.

3. Now when a parcel depart a country anywhere in the world the last scanning is done by the sending country. The next scan has to be done by the receiving country. In between country/countries there is no scan done.

4. When a parcel arrive in any country in the world it goes into what is call Inbound Mail Warehouse (Customs control environment Warehouse).

5. Until the Customs of any country permits to the National Post Office to scan a parcel, the parcel will stay there until Customs decide they have time now to check your parcel for anything illegal stuff coming to that country.
