Hello, I want to know the status of my shipment, since day 12 is not updated,RX800798715CN, 重庆 center export customs cleared. Where It is? Is there a problem?

It's normal for an item's status to "freeze" for a long time at the last scan before leaving China. This is normal. When the parcel is in transit between two countries its status can't usually be updated.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

I'm not sure how long it will take to Spain; airline space to Europe was very limited over the holidays. Hopefully things are getting back to normal now. I wouldn't start to worry for at least another 2-3 weeks.
