I placed an order in August. Tracking says it's shipped on september 7th by air. Stil not arrived in the Netherlands. Did not heer from a planecrash so where is my package? Tracingnumber: RO560346612CN

RO560346612CN should have arrived Netherlands long time ago. The problem is the import processing is very slow in Europe. Often it will take 2 to 4 weeks to complete customs clearance. You can do nothing but waiting.
