Good morning

My package (RX802389205CN) is stopped in your chongqing center since the 2nd of January. its now the 31st -I bougth the packet in december- and I have not received it yet. Could I get more information on where the parcel could be or who to contact for support?

Your parcel left China for Spain on January 2nd. It's normal for an parcel's status not to update while it's in transit between countries. After an item leaves China, there is usually a long period of no updates until it arrives in the destination country. Its status can't be updated until it reaches the destination country and the receiving postal service scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Lately these kinds of parcels have been taking around 30 days on average, but 20-30% of them go longer than that. I think it is not lost, just very slow.
