My order was sent on 8 december 2017. It is still not here. Can you please tell me where my package is and when I can expect it to arrive? Tracking nr LX028466543CN

Your parcel arrived in the Netherlands on 2 January 2017, but could not be delivered and was returned to the sender in China; you would have to contact PostNL for the reason why.

Because you didn't receive your item, you should open a dispute and try to get your money back.
