Has this even been sent out yet? no updates for almost 10 days now, is this normal? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LM274088760CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post office to UK on Nov 20.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and UK mail system(possibly airline warehouse in China or customs warehouse in UK). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Royal Mail gets the parcel from customs. Then Royal Mail website will show its new status with UK location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
