Post Where are my package right now?

Hello,
I make a order on July 1th at a side called Coolshop. On July 5th I told it's send under the Tracking number LZ542230975CN.
I track it everyday and it telling me only, " arrive Processing Center or held by customs" and this seance July 12th. So what is going on. Is the Tracking number correct or a fake?

LZ542230975CN is handled by Germany Post(DHL). you need contact your local Germany Post for customs clearance detail.

So i try get informations about my package by DHL there comes up only this notification "Please note that we are only able to provide information on shipments if the shipper has transferred the shipment or shipment data to us."
So who can get me help now?
