Who can help me? The status is stuck for weeks. It's a package to The Netherlands.

Normally I wait, but it never took so long..

My tracking number is: RG715536050CN

Since last July or so, many parcels of this type (Registered Mail, tracking number starting with R) seem to be taking 30-60 days or even longer to be delivered, whereas before they were usually 30 days or less. So unfortunately this timeframe appears to be the new normal. :(

If you can choose ePacket as a shipping method instead (tracking number starting with L), those seem to arrive faster (2-3 weeks) and have better tracking as well.

Thank you for the information. I was worried because another package, shipped with epacket took just 1 week! Never been that fast.. unfortunately this package was too heavy for epacket shipping

RG715536050CN is register mail which is much slower than ePacket. You need some patient.
