My parcel RU816864329CN seems to be stuck somewhere. Should I be worried? I have contacted the seller but I have not been geting an answer for a few days. Could the lack of communication bebecause of some holiday?

"Safety check rejected" means the parcel was refused transit by the airline. Usually in this case it will be returned to the sender.

It's not possible to know the reason from the tracking, but most often it is because the parcel contains something with a battery. It could also be something on this list of prohibited items:

China Post Forbidden Item List

It's not Chinese New Year yet, I don't think the lack of response is due to any holiday. You should open a dispute with your seller so that you can get your money back.

I ordered 10 meters of polyester lace. I don’t see how that should be on the list of forbidden or dangerous items.

It's possible that your parcel being rejected was a mistake, but unfortunately it doesn't really matter if it was a mistake or not. Unless your parcel starts to show signs of movement again, there is a very good chance that it is not coming.
