Hello to all,

Look my tracking number: RA670096316CN . The item has arrived on Albania, but I don't get it. Tell me what explain TIRANA ETRANGER. I know Tirana is city in Albania, but i don't know what is Etranger. And my country is Kosovo, from Albania to Kosovo the item arrived for two or three hours but i don't get it, tell me why, where is this Tirana Etranger and how much time takes the product to stay in that place if someone have information answer please!
