Hello,

A few months ago, I ordered some goods in China, but the products never arrived. But when I contacted the seller, he said the products have arrived in my country for a while, but not delivered yet. Now I want to track it, but the only information I get is: electronic information received. Can you please tell me where the product is, and what the new (Dutch) barcode is? The barcode at this moment is: RC060695941CN. Many thanks!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows only info about RC060695941CN is "electronics data receieved". This means your seller did not ship you anything, you are scammed. Read following:
