Post Package Stuck on Delivered to airlines

Hey, I Ordered something in September 25th and Since the 30th which was the last update on chinapost that said delivered to airlines I didnt get any updates. not from china post nor from my countrys post.
Is it normal for the package to take this long?
tracking number is RP046081915CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP046081915CN shows the number was sent to airline on Sep 30.

China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

You need wait about 4 to 8 weeks to get it in Israel.

hmm, maybe its cheap shipping method the seller used? usually stuff from china get to me in about 3-4 weeks. tho this one takes way longer
