Post Package stuck at DIETZENBACH

My package has been stuck in this status for almost a month now. Does that mean it is lost or something. And am wondering how can the same package leave the same country twice?. I have tried contacting the sender but all they tell me is to wait a few days everytime. It is now almost 2 months since it has been sent. My tracking number is RS916929773CH.

RS916929773CH is Swiss Post tracking number. Swiss Post Website shows it was shipped on Dec 30. I am not sure how long from Switzerland to Kenya it will take. I guess it might need 4 to 6 weeks.
