Hi there!
My package with number 83282864213 has now been over a month since I ordered it and in the status it still says 'shipping info received'. Can anyone tell me if there is a problem ?

shipping info received means your seller applied a tracking number from china post but never actually shipped anything. You should open dispute against fraud.
