the parcel RB091072614CN left Beijing airport on Aug 5. Normally it need another 20 days to arrive Romania as it needs transit thru many airport hubs in east European countries.

the parcel RB091072614CN can not be tracked after it enters into Europe Post system. You have to be patient and wait. It is common that parcel in Europe might be delayed as many Europe Countries' post system are not very efficient sometimes has suffered by strike or other problem of delay.
