Some packages to Germany are sent via France, which seem to confuse many tracking sites.

LM082061785CN was delivered in Germany on December 19th. I'm not sure if this parcel was delivered by DPD or DHL. You should contact them to find out where it was delivered.

Thank you for your answer.
The problem is that the parcel was not delivered at my address. I regularly receive mail and local post office knows me.
I have tried to know where it was delivered and on courrier's websites that operate in Germany: tracking number doesn't exist. So I've contacted Deutch Post and DHL (which work together) and DPD, none have informations about this parcel....!! It's impossible, how can the parcel be delivered and no courrier has information about it...!! And why does China Post tracking website doesn't track parcel as delivered at the correct postal code??
All of this is very wierd, I suspect that parcel has never really arrived to Germany and that tracking number of this parcel is hacked or corrupted!!

If you didn't receive your parcel, your best recourse might be to file a dispute with your seller. I'm not sure how the dispute process works on different websites and for different payment methods, but I believe that at least for Visa, they have to prove the goods were delivered to the correct address.

Thank you. I will try to open a dispute with Visa against the seller.
But at your knowledge, is it possible that this tracking number gives wrong or fake informations?? Because I don't understand why no german courrier can track the parcel with this tracking number.

For some reason, I can never get tracking results directly from DHL, Deutsche Post, or DPD for items sent to Germany. The only information I have to work from is the China Post tracking (which is updated with events from outside of China when other postal services send notice of them). So from my perspective, not being able to track a parcel with any of the German couriers is, unfortunately, normal. Possibly your experiences with them have been different, though?

I find it hard to believe that the information given by the tracking number would be wrong -- I have no reason to doubt that it accurately reflects the movements of the parcel it's associated with. That said, from the tracking, though, we don't have any way of knowing where in Germany the parcel was sent, or to whom. It's possible the address on the parcel was wrong, or that DHL/DPD/whomever delivered it to the wrong address. For all we know, your seller could have sent an item to a different customer in Germany, given you the same tracking number, and then sent you nothing.

I thought as a possibility that the seller might have done some kind of trick with this shipping. I'm afraid that your last words reflect how things really happened....
Thank you very much for your help, your knowledge is very accurate and usefull.

Best regards
