The "Departure Export Customs" scan is when your item was sent from China to the UK.

It's normal for an parcel's status not to update while it's in transit between countries. Its status can't be updated until it reaches the destination country and the receiving postal service scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?
