the seller said the packages have been shipped within 24 hours of my order/payment, but i'm not quite sure. the tracking site still only says 'The item information was created by the seller.'
shouldn't there be some sort of 'accepted' message if they actually shipped it? i contacted them again but no answer since (8.3).

"The item information was created by the seller" means your seller applied a tracking number but never actually shipped anything yet. You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment location info, you will open dispute to aliexpress/paypal against fraud shipment.

By the way, your tracking number ending with YP is from Yanwen not China Post.

is it possible they just did not scan them? UG235643213CN another package, tracking says it is still in china (Nanjing shipping center ，next station center) but i actually already got it last monday. sorry new to the whole international orders thing

UG235643213CN shows the parcel was shipped on Feb 14. It is real number. China Post does not update its further status after it left first post office. So you can not see delivery info even if you have received the goods.

I placed an order with SmileyHomey on 16 Feb 18. On 26 Feb 18, I received an email that it had been shipped. On 2 Mar 18, I received another email that said part of my order wasn't available yet due to high volume of order. When I put in the tracking number, the message says that it doesn't exist. My tracking # is LN262202737CN.

Seems like I've been scammed?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number LN262202737CN has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet. You are scammed.

Which website did you buy from?
