Post Forgot to put postcode on shipment

Hi, my mother tried to send a package 2 days ago from China to London. However she only put the road and mis-spelt our area. She did put London and the first line of our address but is there anyway to recover this? Such as contacting customs once it arrives and bringing the receipt (which she has)?

The tracking number is CP342318305CN.

the parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail. You can contact Royal Mail and see if they can help you to forward the parcel to correct address.
