Hi.
The site says that the package is EV807660702CN "Dispatch from outbound exchange office CNBJSD 24 Dec 2018 18:56."
Does this mean that it flew by plane to Kiev?
How many hours does the flight take?

Who is responsible for the safety of the package? If the parcel arrived in Boryspil, but did not get to the sorting center?

Ukraine Post website shows Your parcel arrived Ukraine customs but held there. You need contact your post office by email: [email protected] - ел.адреса для надання відомостей, необхідних для митного оформлення при затриманні митницею відправлень EMS.

The parcel now is already in Ukraine. It is now in Ukraine customs, not China customs. You need contact Ukraine Post to pickup the parcel.

Unfortunately you can not know when it left China and by which flight. China Post does not record such information. I don't know why Ukraine customs needs such useless information which you can not get.

You only need tell Ukraine customs the tracking number EV807660702CN to find the parcel.

If the parcel was 18 days outside the building and was damaged, who should pay for it? It is not yet located in the import center. Only on the the landing strip of the airport.. Who pays? Chinese EMC or Ukrainian? This is an electric guitar in a carton box..

if the guitar is damaged, you need open dispute to seller for refund. Seller can claim compensation from China Post if he has purchased insurance.
