Hi, I 'not able to check where is my shipment.
Agent in my country says it it in china but can not tell me where exactly.
And the company where I have sent it also can not track it.
But the status says "Unsuccesful delivery", can you please tell me what does it mean or how to track where is my shipment ?

China Post Shenzhen branch tried to deliver the parcel on Aug 17 and not successful. I believe the address has some problem. Please ask your receiver to contact China Post Shenzhen office and try to pickup the parcel. If too late, then the parcel might be returned to Slovakia.
