I posted on 12th November asking where parcel was

RI157849185CN

Was told to wait 2 more weeks, have waited and still nothing. Tracker says package was shipped from China but no update, can you tell me where it is?

RI157849185CN seem have problem to pass customs scan. any battery inside?
