Post Shipping/Delivery issues

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what's going on with my parcel. I ordered it on the 11/13/14, it was shipped on 11/16/14 but didn't start to register in the chinapost tracking system until 11/26/14. It's been almost a month now and I still haven't recieved my parcel. I don't even know if it has left China.

Any advice would be appreciated. It's been through export scan 4 times and in the customs control warehouse twice. I am thinking about opening a dispute. Advice?

Well, if I do not have it by friday should I open dispute? its been over a month since I ordered the item and if I waited until friday that would only give me a couple of days to open a dispute...

if your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute.

thanks for the reply - just messaged the seller asking if the parcel had been returned.
