Post Seller gave me fake number?

Hello,the seller gave me tracking number RK129817743CN before 2 weeks and I try to track but nothing found,I contact the seller and he told me that I wait for 7-10 days to show up.It passed 2 weeks and still nothing found on any tracking site.Please,tell me is my tracking number fake?What to do?
