I had an item sent from China via ali express.There is no improvement in tracking since 9th September which says it was collected.Please help in tracking this.Thank you.The tracking number is RO601348249CN.

RO601348249CN should have some problem to pass safety check. what is the item inside?

It has only a t shirt worth 15 dollars.please help.it is been delayed,the last tracking is up to 9th September.

I hope the t-shirt is not a pirate brand. China Customs is very strict with exporting pirate items.You can wait one more weeks and see what happens. If still no update of status, you should open a dispute to seller and claim refund.

It's not a pirated shirt,is there some way I can contact China post regarding the shipping?it seemed to be stuck at one place.could u pass this message to the customs?

it is still waiting for export scan. wait one more week, if still not arrive, you have top open dispute.
