I've send a parcel from Bulgaria to Shenzhen and tracking info says that the parcel is in shenzen from a week, but the receiver says that the parcel is not there. I think he is lying. Can you help me to find out what is the truth. The tracking number is RI203145438BG. thank you in advanced

ask the receiver to call phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel from china post.
