Hi, I received the tracking number LX251477355CN from seller on 7 January, but until now there is no shipping record found in the system. How long should I wait before asking or reporting the seller?

1. Your tracking number is s valid tracking number. You should be waiting 10 days after you receive the tracking number.

2. If after 10 days you still can not track the parcel, then contact the seller and ask him what is going on with your parcel.

Thanks for reply! May I know the 10 days waiting period is working day or the total duration? Does this means I should follow up on 17 January if it is still no record in the tracking system?
