Can anyone help me? I understand that it's a busy time of the year and that there is likely to be a backlog at customs but is it normal for my parcels status to still be saying that it is "departure from outward office"? The status has been like this, unchanged since 5th Dec.
My tracking number is ... RH084862475CN
