The last information about the tracking number: EE966675127CN is

2014-11-11 COMMENWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA MELBOURNE EMS Handed over to Customs

Today is 29/11/2014 and I am still waiting for my parcel :-( It's no electric item, portable shampoo basin...

EE966675127CN is in the hand of Australian Post, contact them and see what wrong with the parcel asap.
