Post China Post Tracking Problem

Hi everyone! I am new member. I would like to know is there any problem with China Post Tracking? I bought 2 items from different sellers since 11 November. The sellers provided the code on 14. It's been 2 weeks but the codes are not working yet. Does anyone has idea what is going on? Here are two tracking codes.

RO813150785CN

seller just shipped RG081051535CN today.
RO813150785CN has not been shipped yet. if it is shipped, you will see result in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php

Yeah! I guess the delay was caused by either sellers or post agent they are using. I do not understand why they send to post office by themselves. It will be a lot faster without using agent. :(
