Hello,

All my orders take between 30 to 40 days to be delivered however these two shipments are taking long time RB545901710CN and RB971067209CN. Any help!

RB545901710CN was given to airline on Nov 22. This parcel seems has problem to catch flight. You'd better file a non-receipt dispute to protect your money in case of lost.

RB971067209CN was given to airline on Dec 12. You should get it after 2 to 3 weeks.
