Admin I need help to check my tracking number : RS285314762CN. Stuck more than 1 month from 6/12/2016 until now still pending. Can you help me. Thank you.

1. Parcel to your country Malaysia can take up to 30 days to arrive in very good condition.

2. Now what needs to happen is Malaysia Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

How to contact i want to know what happen to my parcel. Still in china or just waiting until my parcel arrived to malaysia.

1. When a parcel is On Route/In Transit to another country there is no scanning/tracking of the parcel.

2. If you want more information about your parcel go through your seller. He is the one that can call China Post and ask question about your parcel.

3. It's not the best time of the year to have a parcel sent from China to any country during the Holiday Season. Because delays are bound to happen and backlog of all the mail bags.

Ive contacted the seller but she dont give any respond.. but the track num shown progress but still not receive the parcel yet. Im so confused

1. When your parcel was sent it was not normal condition. Because:
Holiday Season
China Post has too many parcels to send overseas
Not enough room on the Aircraft for parcels
Smog in China delaying Aircraft or cancelling them
Rescheduling of mail bags

2. So the parcel may be late arriving to your country.
